[hercules-390] Change in MODPATH

Dear all,

Why is the path for searching DYNMODS changed from lib64/hercules to
lib64/hercv4 ?

After compiling the sources Hercules was not any more working correctly.
The required modules are not found.
After analyzing the reason it turned out that the directory where they are
located in named now hercv4.

The MODPATH statement in the config files needs to be changed.

Is this intended or a hack?
