Error when initiating the IPL.

I execute the Hercules and I use a keyboard IPL 0A80 and I receive the
following error: "Device 0A80 not in configuration".

What I am making made a mistake?

Seems pretty self explanatory to me. You have tried to IPL the device on channel "A" Controller "8" DeviceNumber "0" but you have not defined such a device in the hercules.cnf file (or whatever you are using as a config file)

Your config file does not define a device at address 0a80? What does your config file look like? Why did you try and IPL 0A80? Have you an OS to IPL as well as having Hercules?
