In the IODF of the Z/OS working well I can see

_ FC EIO DED __ __ __ No _____
with attached control units
_ 0E20 CTC 1 __________ ________________________________
_ 0E21 CTC 1 __________ ________________________________
_ 0E22 CTC 1 __________ ________________________________
_ 0E23 CTC 1 __________ ________________________________
with attached devices
-------Device------- --#--- --------Control Unit Numbers + --------
/ Number Type + CSS OS 1--- 2--- 3--- 4--- 5--- 6--- 7--- 8--- Base
_ 0E22 CTC 1 1 0E22 ____ ____ ____ ____ ____ ____ ____

-------Device------- --#--- --------Control Unit Numbers + --------
/ Number Type + CSS OS 1--- 2--- 3--- 4--- 5--- 6--- 7--- 8--- Base
_ 0E23 CTC 1 1 0E23 ____ ____ ____ ____ ____ ____ ____

If i try to define chpid FC on my other IODF I get the message
Essssssssssssssssssssssssssss Add Channel Path sssssssssssssssssssssssssssssN

Hi Brian
I thank you for the time you spent on my problem.
You are right E22-E23 are not defined in my IODF.
I have some difficulties to include these address in my IOCP.
Looking at the IODF of the Z/OS working well I can see

Chpid
FC EIO DED
With attached control units
_ 0E22 CTC 1 __________ _
_ 0E23 CTC 1 __________ _
With attached devices
-------Device------- --#--- --------Control Unit Numbers + --------
/ Number Type + CSS OS 1--- 2--- 3--- 4--- 5--- 6--- 7--- 8--- Base
_ 0E22 CTC 1 1 0E22 ____ ____ ____ ____ ____ ____ ____
_ 0E23 CTC 1 1 0E23 ____ ____ ____ ____ ____ ____ ____

When I try to define a chpid with type EIO i get the message
EsssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssN
e Channel path type EIO is not supported by channel path ID FC. e
DsssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssM

The chpid FC is new in this IODF.

Can I use an other type(not EIO) ?

I am really sorry. I did not want to upset you.
As my English is not very good, I thought I was not understood and explained my last message.
The time you spent on my problem was precious to me.
