Hello!
In my far off youth I had gotten copies of both Windows 3.,11 and
DR-DOS and succeeded in installing DR-DOS into a system. I needed to
disable the embedded networking features in it to properly install
Windows onto it. It ran slowly.
And in response to your comments regarding that turkey Z/OS,. I recall
some discussion regarding the releases after it was so named, from MVS
to OS/390 to Z/OS, that it didn't properly recognize anything we'd put
into a configuration file for running it native.
By contrast MVS will run, and I don't know about OS/390.
Now if you can properly cite references concerning DR-DOS then okay
that's different.
---
Now why is someone else named Dave reading this with a Yeti looking
over his shoulder?
