I'm using the pre-built Hercules on Raspbian.
I got it by sudo apt-get install after adding
"deb http://ftp.de.debian.org/debian https://l.facebook.com/l.php?u=http%3A%2F%2Fftp.de.debian.org%2Fdebian&h=ATN8vnFUKET9bjYXwm3cLUB4_ix8IS5BSk9YhuvkG79OtMvHc8xqtfgZFPHI3tq4qReMPmNXkEcxduCTmT-u9VfHSws98a-0ivWX8_Nk6Kgn8zxSUQ jessie main" to /etc/apt/sources.list
I see build/install instructions at http://www.hercules-390.eu/hercinst.html http://www.hercules-390.eu/hercinst.html but they seem to be for an older version.
